Event Terms
Tickets & Seating
- Tickets are £30 per person, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tables of 10 can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seating arrangements will be managed by the LCNL Events Committee.
Payments
Payment details will be provided upon registration confirmation.
- Bank transfer is preferred. Please include your full name as a payment reference.
Admission
- Entry will be strictly by ticket only.
- Doors open at 6:30 pm; guests are encouraged to arrive promptly to be seated before dinner.
Food & Drinks
- Catering provided by Shiv Catering.
- Vegetarian menu only. Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.
- Drinks will be available at the event
Photography & Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for LCNL promotional use. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Behaviour & Conduct
- This is a family-friendly event. Please respect fellow guests and volunteers.
- LCNL reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals causing disturbance.
